This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our mobile applications and related services (together, the "Apps"). We design our Apps to collect as little personal data as possible.
Content you create in the Apps is generally stored locally on your device. If you enable device backup, cloud sync, or third-party services, that content may also be stored in your own account with the relevant provider under that provider's terms. We do not receive your payment card details from app stores.
| Permission | Why it is used |
|---|---|
| Camera | To capture photos directly within the Apps. |
| Photo Library | To let you attach or import existing images. |
| Notifications | To send reminders you have configured. |
| Health, Location, or Contacts | Only if you enable a feature that requires the relevant permission. |
Permissions are requested only when a feature needs them, and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of: performance of a contract (providing the Apps), our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Apps), your consent (optional permissions and analytics, where required), and compliance with legal obligations.
We may use third-party providers who process limited data on our behalf, such as app stores, crash reporting, analytics, cloud hosting, authentication, and customer support services. These providers are expected to use data only to provide their services and to follow their own privacy and security obligations.
Content stored on your device is retained until you delete it or uninstall the Apps. Diagnostic and usage data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above, and then deleted or aggregated. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve your request and to keep a record of it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including device-level encryption provided by the operating system and encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS) for any network communication. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Because most data lives on your device, you can exercise many of these rights directly by editing or deleting content, or by uninstalling the Apps. For anything else, contact us at bin2kalai@gmail.com; we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
The Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age where you live), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
The Apps may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them; review their privacy policies separately.
You are responsible for how you use the Apps, the information you enter, and any consequences that result from misuse, unlawful activity, inaccurate information, or sharing content with others. We are not responsible for losses, claims, or damage caused by your misuse of the Apps or violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the Apps before the change takes effect.
